Description
Hall Farmhouse is a large house dating from the late 16th century. It is built of coursed rubble with a stone tiled roof and has two storeys with attics. The facade features five bays and three coped gables. The left gable includes a full-height squared bay window with four-light stone mullions, along with a blocked light above it in the gable. Each side of the central gable has a single bay; the left bay contains an inserted door with an overlight and a chamfered timber lintel, along with a three-light mullion above. The right bay features an earlier door with a four-centred arch and a hoodmould. The central gable also has a full-height stone bay window. The right gable includes a large inserted sash window, a three-light wood mullion above, and a two-light stone mullion in the gable. There is a stone stack on the left gable wall and behind the central gable.
