Description
The boundary wall, railings, and gates to the Church of St Andrew were built in 1869 by Robert Evans of Nottingham. Constructed from rockfaced sandstone, the wall features chamfered ashlar coping, with cast-iron railings and gates. The wall extends westward from the south porch, across the west end, and continues along Chaucer Street to the rear entrance. Along the Chaucer Street section, there is a small cast-iron gate, and the wall is topped with a railing. This structure is included for its group value with the church.
