Description

This early 18th-century building comprises two and four Market Place. It is constructed of red brick, with four storeys and eight sash windows. The windows on the first storey have moulded stone architraves with keyblocks and cornices. The second-storey windows have plain moulded architraves and a corresponding cornice above; the attic storey features a second cornice and a parapet. A central, rusticated coach arch is present. Modern shop fronts have been installed on either side. The upper flight of an 18th-century staircase remains within number three.
