The National Westminster Bank is a later 19th-century commercial building located on the north side of Westgate. It is three stories tall and features four bays, constructed of ashlar stone. The building has a prominent top entablature with a modillion cornice and a parapet. The architrave at the top is continuous with the architrave of the second-floor windows, which also include a cill band supported by triglyph brackets.
