Description

Holly Tree Farmhouse is a cottage dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of brick, with the end wall showing traces of stonework, and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and two windows. On the ground floor, there is a modern glazed door to the right, along with two moulded sash frames that have modern casements. The first floor includes an earlier small sliding casement and an inserted window. There are two brick gable stacks, with the one on the left being rendered. The interior has not been inspected.
