It is three storeys high and comprises seven bays. The ground floor features an arcade and a corner entrance on the left. The first and second floors have six-pane windows. Carved pilasters depicting male figures support the first-floor cornices and extend upwards to the roof copings. Deep, bracketed eaves and central panel details are present, with end stacks.
