Description

No 15 Clapgate is a mid-19th century building that stands three storeys high and is constructed of stone. Its elevation facing Manor Square features three windows, some of which have glazing bars, and a band that continues across the cills. The building is topped with a modillion eaves cornice. A modern shop front has been added. This property is included in the listing primarily because it is an important part of a group with Nos 15 to 27 (odd) and also forms a group with Nos 5 to 13 (odd) on Manor Square.
