Description
The steps in the centre of the grassed terraces of the sunken garden to the west of Ledston Hall were built in the 18th century. They are made of magnesian limestone and feature two consecutive straight flights that descend from the upper grassed terrace. The steps have a closed string and roll-moulded treads, with a pair of urns positioned at the top of each flight.
