Description

This is a chimney stack located on the north side of the tail race at Armley Mills, built in 1854 for William and John Gott. The structure is made of ashlar and coursed stone, with a brick top. It features a pedestal with panelled sides and a cornice, and a tapering stack that has a roll-moulded base. The top of the stack has been rebuilt.
