Description
Barber Row is a mid-19th century terrace located off Manchester Road in Linthwaite. The terrace is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a pitched stone slate roof and coping to the gables. Moulded stone brackets support the gutter. The south-west elevation has entrances with stone surrounds and five 3-light stone mullioned windows to the ground floor. Above, there are ten 3-light stone mullioned windows on the first floor. The north-east elevation features one 2- or 3-light stone mullioned window per dwelling, also on the first floor.
