Upper Snow Lea Farm is a mid-19th century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone, featuring a pitched stone slate roof and two storeys. The building has stone brackets supporting the gutter. On the first floor, there are two four-light stone mullioned windows, while the ground floor has two three-light stone mullioned windows. To the east, there is a barn extension that includes round-arched barn doors.
