Description

Bottoms Farmhouse is a house from the late 18th century, part of a group of buildings located on Savile Road in Dewsbury. It is constructed of brick with stone quoins and features a stone slate roof with gable copings on cut kneelers. The farmhouse has two storeys and a three-bay facade, with a central door flanked by a three-light window on each side, where the center light is wider. On the first floor, there are two single sash windows with glazing bars. At the rear, there is an outshut and a later two-storey brick addition on the left. The farmhouse is notable for its construction materials and retains several original features.
