Description
Ing Field House is a mid-19th century building located on the east side of Northgate in Almondbury. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a hipped stone slate roof. The house is two storeys high and has paired brackets supporting the gutter. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor has three sash windows. A notable feature is the round-arched central staircase window, which is adorned with lead glazing bars. The main entrance has a door with six moulded panels and a flat moulded hood supported by cut brackets. At the rear, the entrance is highlighted by a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course, along with three ranges of sash windows with glazing bars. The wooden door frame is complemented by Tuscan three-quarter columns and an entablature.
