Description

The barn located between numbers 8 and 10 on Longwood Road is an early 19th-century structure. It is built from hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched stone slate roof with coped gables. The barn has two storeys and is distinguished by round-arched barn doors that have ashlar voussoirs. Above the doors is an oculus, flanked by two semi-circular lunettes on either side, all of which have plain raised surrounds. Additionally, there are two semi-circular lunettes in the gable ends.
