Description
Sunny Brow is a house and adjoining farm building that dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof, which has occasional moulded brackets supporting the gutter. The building is two storeys high, with a central door that has a deep lintel above it. To the left of the door, there is a 3-light stone mullioned window on both floors. To the right, there is a 4-light window on both floors; however, the first-floor window, which was originally a 6-light window, now has 2 lights blocked. The adjoining building to the left includes a ground floor entrance and a 2-light window, as well as a 2-light window and a square pitch hole on the first floor. A later extension at a 90-degree angle is not included in this listing.
