Description
This early 19th-century house stands on the north side of Cowlersley Lane. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone, with a pitched roof covered in stone slates. The gables are coped and feature cut kneelers. The front elevation has one three-light stone mullioned sash window on the ground floor and one three-light and one two-light stone mullioned sash window on the first floor.
