Description
Illingworth Hall Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1780, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed stone with ashlar dressings and features stone slate roofs with coped gables and plain kneelers. The building has a gable and a ridge stack and is two stories high with a three-window front.
The south front includes a central four-light flush mullion window with casements. To the right of this window is a doorway with a 20th-century glazed door, followed by a pair of flush mullion windows, each containing a pair of casements. On the left side, there are two doorways: one with a glazed 20th-century door and another with a 19th-century plank door, followed by a two-light flush mullion window. Above, there is a central six-light flush mullion weavers window. To the right, there is a pair of flush mullion windows, each with a pair of casements, and to the left, a single two-light casement window.
