Description

No 1 Broadley Laith, formerly listed as No 3 Broadley Laith, is a traditional stone cottage that likely dates from the 17th century. The exterior is now rendered, and it features a stone roof. Despite various alterations, the south front largely retains its mullioned windows, which have label-mouldings on the ground storey. An addition to the road is not considered of interest.
