Description
Holdsworth Hall and its outbuildings are likely of 17th-century origin, with alterations made in the 18th century. This is a substantial stone building with a stone roof. The two-storey south front features long, simple mullioned windows and plain doorways, alongside two gables with finials on the eastern cross range. The east return has been altered. Extensive, traditional outbuildings, some of which are now derelict, extend to the north and are of particular interest. Later additions to the west of the hall are of no architectural significance.
