Description

This is a row of six estate cottages, numbers 13 to 21 Main Street, dating to around 1840. They are built of sandstone, which appears like brick, with stone slate roofs. Decorative brackets are paired along the eaves, and there are corniced chimneys. The windows are wooden casements set in squared surrounds. Numbers 19 and 21 have two small windows on their first floors. The doorways have squared jambs. The cottages are included on the heritage list for their contribution to the character of the surrounding area.
