Description
The Albion Public House is a former row of three houses, dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century, with alterations made in the late 20th century. The building is rendered and whitewashed, featuring slate roofs and a capped brick ridge stack. It has a painted plinth, wooden gutter, and brackets. The structure stands three storeys tall and has a three-window range. The right bay is slightly higher and has a steeper roof pitch. There are three 12-pane sash windows on the ground floor, with three similar smaller sash windows above. The entrance features an off-centre wooden doorcase with pilasters and a blocked segment-headed fanlight, flanked by a single late 20th-century two-pane window on one side and a similar window on the left. The interior was refitted in the late 20th century.
