Description

No. 3 Sunderland Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of stucco with a pantiled roof. It stands three storeys high and features four bays, two of which have blind panels, while the other two contain flush-framed sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance is accessed by three steps and consists of a door with six fielded panels and a fanlight that has glazing bars, set within a wooden doorcase that includes a moulded cornice.
