Description
No. 7 Kings Staith is a house that has been converted into a restaurant. It was built in the mid-19th century and has undergone some later alterations. The structure is made of brown brick arranged in Flemish bond on an ashlar plinth, featuring timber guttering supported by paired brackets, and a slate roof with a brick chimney stack on the left side.
The exterior has a three-storey front that sits on a high plinth and includes two windows. There are steps leading up to a glazed door located to the right of two altered cross windows. The remaining windows are one-pane sashes, all featuring cambered heads and flat arches made of gauged brick, with painted stone sills.
The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value as part of a significant collection of buildings on King's Staith.
