Description
200 and 202 Fulford Road are two mid-19th century houses made of brick with slate roofs. They are two storeys tall, with each house consisting of two bays. On the ground floor, both houses feature a straight-sided timber bay window set on a brick base, topped with a lead-covered roof and a tripartite sash window that has no glazing bars facing the front. The first-floor windows are sash style with brick flat arches above them.
The doorways are located at the outer sides of the facade and each has an open porch made of heavy timber, supported by carved brackets. These porches have slate roofs adorned with finials and pierced bargeboards. The doors are designed with four raised and fielded panels that include bolection mouldings, and each door has a plain semicircular overlight above it. The eaves of the houses are sprocketed, and there is a chimney situated between the two houses. The interior has not been inspected.
