Description

The churchyard cross, located approximately 6 metres south of the nave of the Church of Saint George, is likely from the 14th to 15th century. It is made of limestone ashlar and has a square plan. The shaft is tapered and chamfered, featuring broach-stops, and it is topped with a damaged crenellated octagonal structure. The cross stands on a square pedestal that rests on a three-course stepped base, with an overall height of about 3 metres.
