Description

Fern Lodge is a mid-19th century Gothic cottage ornée located on Beverley Grove Hill Road. The building is two storeys high and constructed of brick, topped with a Welsh slate roof that overhangs at the eaves. There are chimney stacks at both gable ends. The cottage features two windows on each storey, each consisting of three arched lights set beneath a rectangular dripmould. A gabled porch is present, which has a dripmould over an arched panelled door adorned with ornamental hinges.
