Description

This milestone, dating from the early 19th century, is located approximately 30 metres north-west of the junction with Winestead Ings Lane in Patrington. It is made of limestone and features a cast-iron plate. The round-headed stone measures about 30 centimetres square and stands 70 centimetres high. The attached plate displays an inscription in relief that reads: "PATRINGTON 2 HULL 16," with an Ordnance Survey datum mark inscribed below.
