Description

This is probably an 18th-century building that has been altered. It is two storeys and an attic, built with painted stucco and has a pantile roof. There are brick chimneys located near the centre of the building. The eaves have been altered with the addition of brackets. The attic now has a skylight. There are five windows with near-flush frame sashes; these windows lack glazing bars and are set within shouldered cases with cornices. The ground floor features a shop window and a doorway with a rectangular ornamental fanlight set within a wooden case and supported by consoles below an entablature. There is a passage entry to the east, with narrow pilasters and double doors. The building is an example of group value. A photograph is held by the National Monuments Record.
