Description

No 38 on North Bar Without is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall with attics, constructed from painted red brick. It features a slate roof with a later 19th-century gabled dormer that has an ornamental bargeboard. The building has a bracketed eaves cornice and two windows with segmental heads, one of which has no glazing bars. There is also a segmental-headed carriage entry with double doors located to the south. This building is included for its group value.
