GV II Mid C19. Two storeys and attics in painted red brick. Slate roof with late C19 gabled dormer with ornamental bargeboard. Bracketed eaves cornice. Two windows, segmental heads, no glazing bars, over one window. Segmental-headed carriage entry with double doors to south. Included for group value.
