Description

This is a building, likely dating from the early 19th century, that underwent significant alterations in the late 19th century. Constructed of red brick, it is two storeys high with an attic, and has a slate mansard roof featuring two gabled dormers with carved bargeboards. The front facade has two windows. A late 19th-century canted bay window with two lights is set into the first floor, and there is a two-light window on the ground floor. The front door is set within a wooden doorcase featuring a flat cornice supported by brackets, and is accompanied by a fanlight. A small passage doorway is located on the west side, also featuring a rectangular fanlight. The building is included as part of a group of properties.
