Description

This is a row of 18th-century buildings, refronted in the early 19th century, located on the north side of Flemingate, Beverley. The building comprises five properties, numbered 47 to 53. The front elevation is constructed of white brick, while the remaining elevations are of red brick, with tumbled brickwork to the gable ends. The roof is covered with pantiles. The building has two storeys and four windows, each a hung sash with glazing bars. Each property has a four-panel door topped with a three-light rectangular fanlight. Four white brick chimney stacks are present. The rear elevation features windows with segmental heads.
