Description

This is an 18th-century building consisting of Nos. 61 and 63 Keldgate in Beverley. It is two storeys high, rendered on its facade with a steep pantile roof. Tumbled brickwork is visible on the gable end. The building has two windows at the front, and one window on the side. The windows have modern glazing. The main entrance comprises two doors: one with six fielded panels (four of which are glazed) at No. 63, and the other a similar door at No. 61. A mid-19th century shop front with plain pilasters is present at No. 63, featuring vertical glazing bars. A dentil eaves cornice runs along the roofline, and a central chimney stack is visible.
