Description
Regina House is an office building from the 1890s, constructed of stone with a slate roof. It features three storeys, a basement, and an attic. The building has four bays facing Victoria Street, a three-bay curved corner, and three bays on North John Street. The basement and ground floor are rusticated, topped with an entablature. The first floor includes an attached colonnade with rusticated imposts and keystones. Other windows are adorned with pilasters and a panelled parapet that has dormers; the corner dormer features pilasters and a pediment with an acroterion, while the others have consoled segmental pediments. The structure has four stacks with rounded ends, rich friezes, and a cornice.
