Description

This warehouse, built in 1863, is located adjacent to number 12 Hanover Street and faces Argyle Street, with a right return in Duke Street Lane. It is five storeys high and has four bays. The structure is constructed of brick and features round-arched recessed loading bays that culminate in a gabled cat's head with the date inscribed. Additionally, there are segmental-headed windows with stanchions. To the left, there is a narrow bay that includes a tall round-arched entrance.
