Description

The entrance to Knolle Park, located at the corner of Church Road and Beaconsfield Road, dates from around the 1840s. It features four stone octagonal panelled gate piers with caps, with the two central piers supporting iron lamp standards, although the lanterns have been missing since 1984. The entrance includes central paired gates and flanking single gates, with similar iron railings extending along a low curved stone wall for approximately 31.5 meters.
