Description

This is an early 19th-century farmhouse with attached buildings, built around a courtyard. The stone farmhouse has a slate roof and is constructed around three sides of a yard. The front facade, facing the street, has five bays, with the two outer bays projecting forward under gabled roofs. The eaves are corbelled. The ends of the building have blind windows on the ground floor; the window in the gable on the right-hand end has a four-centred arch, and a casement window has been inserted into the blind window on the right. The central bay has a four-centred cart entrance with paired doors and large hinges. To the left of the main house, facing the courtyard, is a two-storey wing with five bays. It features small-paned casement windows and a central gabled half-dormer. A brick stack with a horse wind vane is also present.
