Description

The drinking fountain located on the east side of Euston Park dates from the late 19th century and is made of cast iron. It features a semi-circular bowl that is supported by sphinxes. Behind the bowl is a baluster with a moulded acanthus base, decorated with foliage in shallow relief around the stem. The top of the baluster is also adorned with foliage and is capped by a seated cherub.
