Description

The village cross, located in Churchtown on Kirkland Church Street, dates from the late 18th century and is made of sandstone. It features a Tuscan column with a pedestal, topped by a square block that has a sundial on its southern face and a ball finial above. The cross is set on a base consisting of two square steps with nosings.
