Description

The cross located north-east of the Church of St Helen is a historical structure. The base stone is medieval, while the steps and shaft were added in 1930. It features three octagonal steps that support a square base stone with chamfered upper edges. A tapering shaft of rectangular plan is socketed into the base and topped with a cross head. The upper step bears a Latin inscription indicating that the cross was restored in 1930.
