Description

The building is a house and shop dating from the late 18th century, located on Waddington Fell Road. It is constructed of pebbledashed rubble and features a slate roof. The structure is three storeys high and has two bays. There are paired central doorways with plain stone surrounds. The left bay, which is the house, has tripartite windows with plain stone surrounds and square mullions on both the ground and first floors. The right bay features a similar window on the first floor, while the ground floor has been modified to include a large shop window. The second floor has two-light windows with plain stone surrounds and square mullions. The building has end stacks.
