Description
The boundary walls, gates, and gate piers located to the south, west, and east of the Church of St. Mary date from the 18th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and feature dressed stone piers. The low walls have coping stones that rise to meet the tall square piers on the south side, which are topped with moulded caps and bases. There are additional sets of gate piers to the west and south-east, which have bold finials and may be older than the main gate piers.
