Description
All Saints' Presbytery is a presbytery built around 1867-1868 by Edward Welby Pugin. It is constructed from rock-faced stone and features a slate roof. The building has a three-bay, two-storey layout with a gabled wing on the left and a porch in the second bay. It is designed in the Gothic Revival style. Key architectural features include a projecting plinth, a continuous band at the first floor, and a sill band. The porch has a moulded arch with an inscribed plaque above it. To the left, there is a canted bay window, and to the right, a three-light mullion and transom window. The first floor has two-light mullioned windows and a gabled oriel sash window in the third bay. The right gable is coped, and the building has prominent ridge chimney stacks. Similar bay, oriel, and mullion windows are present on the sides and rear. There is a 20th-century addition that connects the presbytery to the church at the rear, but this addition is not of special interest. The presbytery is included for its group value with the church.
