Description
Nos 41 and 43 on Greek Street are early 19th-century buildings that stand two storeys tall and are constructed of brick. They feature four windows with stone lintels and no glazing bars, along with a band at the cills. The ground floor has two windows and doorways designed in the Greek Ionic style, complete with columns and an ornamental frieze. The doors consist of five fielded panels topped by a radiating fanlight. The buildings have a rendered plinth and a Welsh slate roof. Nos 41 and 43 are part of a group with Nos 39 to 53 (odd), which are of local interest, and they visually relate to the Armoury located opposite.
