Description
Broadstone House is an early 20th-century building that stands as an imposing five-storey structure with a semi-basement. It is constructed of red brick and features yellow terracotta cill bands on the first and second floors. The building has a moulded dentil eaves cornice, and its windows are designed with segmental-arched heads in yellow brick. An octagonal turret is recessed in a series and topped with a copper cupola. This building was formerly part of a pair. Broadstone House is part of a group that includes the gates to Broadstone Mill House and No 99, which are of local interest.
