Description

Ealees Bridge is a road bridge built between 1794 and 1798, designed by engineer William Jessop. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features an elliptical keystone arch supported by rusticated voussoirs. The bridge has parapet walls above a stone band, which are topped with round copings and square terminating piers.
