Description

Radcliffe Tower is a Grade I listed building, which consists of the remains of a rectangular tower that was rebuilt in 1403 by James de Radcliffe. The tower is constructed of coursed squared stone, which may have originally been ashlar. It measures approximately 10½ yards by 19 yards and stands about 20 feet high. There are low, almost round-headed arches on the north, south, and east sides, while the west side features a two-centre-headed doorway.
