Description

A group of four K6 telephone kiosks is located in front of the former Post Office on Deansgate in Bolton. These kiosks were designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott and were produced by various contractors. They are made of cast iron and feature a square shape with shallow domed roofs. The top panels have unperforated crowns, and the doors and windows are fitted with margin glazing.
