No. 13 Bridge Place is a town house that has been converted into a shop and accommodation. It was rebuilt around 1970 and features brown rustic brick with a hipped grey slate roof, which has its ridge positioned at a right angle to the front. The building has three storeys and consists of one bay. There are three steps leading up to a small-pane glazed door set in a simple pedimented case on the north side. Additionally, there is a small-pane bow shop window with a brick apron, a curved fascia, and a flat roof. The upper storeys have flush sash windows with painted sills and cambered brick heads, including an 8-pane sash above the doorway and a tripartite sash with 4;12;4 panes on each storey, all of which are horned. The building features a coped parapet and has one chimney.
On the south side, which faces the City Wall, there is a small flush sash window, a covered tripartite sash, and a part-glazed door in a simple pedimented case at the first storey. The upper storeys have flush sashes, including one with 8 panes and another with 4;12;4 panes. The rear of the building has small-pane sashes. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
