Description

Nos 69 and 71 on Hospital Street date from the mid-16th century and likely were originally part of Nos 65 and 67. The building features 19th-century stucco applied over an earlier timber frame, with some painted brick visible. The timber frame is exposed at the rear. There are four casement windows, two of which are modern, along with two simple doorways. The building has sprocket eaves and old tiles, and it includes 19th-century shop windows. It was noted to be in need of repair when inspected.
