Description

This is a late 18th century house located on Moody Street. The house is constructed of red brick with a stone plinth, and has two storeys and dormers. It features two horizontal stone string courses. There are three sash windows, each set within a moulded wooden architrave, topped with a flat brick arch, and sitting on stone sills. The dormers have restored bargeboards. A central wooden doorcase with small reeded pilasters, a cornice, and a part-glazed six-panelled door provide access. The eaves are plain, and the roof is covered in slates. A single-storeyed lean-to addition is located on the right-hand side. The house forms a group with numbers 6 to 14 (even) on Moody Street.
